Booking Conditions
We want to keep our home in good condition, maintain good relationships with our neighbours and retain our consent from the local council to operate short term accommodation. The following conditions are necessary to meet these aims. Guests who do not adhere to these conditions will have their stay terminated immediately without refund.
No Smoking/ Vaping
House and garage are smoke/vape free areas.
Smoking/vaping is only permitted outdoors.
Quiet Hours
Please be considerate of our elderly neighbours at all times by keeping noise to a minimum.
No amplified sound outdoors between the hours of 21:00 and 8:00
Rubbish
All rubbish must be placed in correct bins.
No Parties or Gatherings
It is a council restriction that parties/gatherings are prohibited.
Outdoor Restrictions
Due to council restrictions on use of outdoor space, use of outdoor areas (including outdoor lighting) is not permitted between the hours of 21:00 and 8:00.
Pets
Sorry, pets are not permitted.
