Which House Should I Book?
Both houses are 3 bedroom detached with garage and parking. Each one sleeps 7 people. They are similar in size and layout but have subtle style differences in style and outdoor areas. Lots of our guests want to know what the differences are and which will suit them best. Hopefully this infomation will help you decide which one is right for you.
Bartlett By The Park Rear House
Bartlett street is a relatively quiet street so guests generally find they sleep well in either house but if you are sensitive to noise,you may prefer the back house as it is set back from the street.
This house has a larger outdoor space than the front house with a deck for dining and an additional grass space for lounging.
Back house has an airhockey table in the garage, the front house has a foosball table.
If you have an electric vehicle, the back house has a charger so it may suit you better (check compatibility and bring your own cable) .

Bartlett By The Park Front House
If you are planning an extended stay or are looking for somewhere for a few months while you relocate to Christchurch either house would work, however we would recommend the front house as wardrobe configuration and workspace on landing are better suited to a long stay. Fridge/freezer is also larger if you plan to cook at home.
Upstairs is carpeted in both houses but, as you will see from the photos, downstairs in the back has wooden floors and the front has tiles/carpet. Both houses are decorated differently. This is where personal choice comes into your decision. Look at the galleries and see which one suits your syle.
Availability may be a factor – depending on your dates, only one of the houses may be available.
